Your payment information is never stored on our servers. All transactions are handled by PCI-DSS certified payment providers (Stripe, PayPal, Shopify Payments).

When you place an order, your card details are transmitted directly to our payment partners through encrypted channels — they never pass through our infrastructure. Sensitive information such as your card number, expiration date, and CVV is processed and stored only by these certified providers.

All prices are displayed in EUR (€). For customers shopping from outside the Eurozone, your bank or card issuer may apply currency conversion fees and exchange rates beyond our control.

Multi-currency support is available at checkout for select markets, including USD, GBP, and CHF.

Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation by email containing your order number, items purchased, and total amount paid. A VAT-compliant invoice is issued and available in your customer account.
