Shipping Policy
Delivery, transparency, peace of mind
FALCON TRADING operates The Pet Society under a distributed fulfilment and dropshipping model. Products are shipped directly from selected partner warehouses, which may be located in France, the European Union, the United Kingdom, Asia, or other international jurisdictions depending on the product.
FALCON TRADING remains the sole legal counterparty toward the Customer for the entirety of the order.
Orders are typically processed within two to five (2–5) business days following payment confirmation. During promotional periods or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly extended.
A confirmation email with tracking information is sent as soon as the order is dispatched.
Estimated delivery times below are provided for reference and run from the date of dispatch. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the carrier, the destination, customs clearance, and local handling capacity.
In accordance with Article L216-1 of the French Consumer Code, in the absence of an indicated delivery date or where this date is exceeded, delivery shall take place no later than thirty (30) days after the conclusion of the contract.
Depending on the destination and the warehouse of dispatch, your order may be shipped by:
- —La Poste / Colissimo (France)
- —DHL, FedEx, UPS (international express)
- —Local postal services and last-mile partners (depending on the country)
All shipments are tracked. The tracking link is provided in the dispatch confirmation email.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the delivery address, the weight of the order, and the selected shipping method. The exact amount is displayed before final order validation.
- —France: free standard shipping on orders over €80
- —European Union: free standard shipping on orders over €100
Below these thresholds, a standard shipping fee applies and is shown at checkout. Seasonal or promotional offers, when available, are clearly indicated on the Site.
For deliveries outside the European Union, the order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and administrative fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the Customer.
FALCON TRADING strongly recommends checking with the local customs authorities before placing an international order. Refusal to pay these charges may result in the parcel being returned at the Customer's expense.
Due to our distributed fulfilment model, an order containing several products may be shipped in multiple parcels arriving on different dates. This has no impact on the total amount paid: only one shipping charge is invoiced, regardless of the number of parcels.
It is the Customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address at the time of order. FALCON TRADING cannot be held liable for delays or non-deliveries resulting from incomplete or incorrect addresses.
In the event of a parcel returned to the sender due to an incorrect address, additional reshipment fees may apply.
In case of delivery delay, lost parcel, or damaged shipment, please contact our customer service at hello@thepetsociety.paris as soon as possible.
Refunds, replacements, and dispute resolution are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
FALCON TRADING cannot be held liable for delays or failures of delivery resulting from force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, customs disruptions, public health emergencies) or from the actions of carriers and third parties beyond its reasonable control.
