These General Terms and Conditions of Sale ("Terms") govern all purchases made on the website thepetsociety.paris (the "Site") operated by:

FALCON TRADING operates as a dropshipping retailer. Products are fulfilled by third-party supplier EPROLO and dispatched from warehouses which may be located in China or the European Union. FALCON TRADING remains the sole legal counterparty to the customer.

By placing an order on the Site, the customer expressly accepts these Terms in their entirety, without reservation. These Terms apply to the exclusion of any other terms, in particular any purchasing conditions the customer may have.

These Terms are available on the Site at all times and may be updated. The version in force at the time of order is the applicable version. The customer is advised to save or print a copy at the time of purchase.

FALCON TRADING makes every effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, and technical specifications published on the Site are accurate and up to date. However:

• —Product photographs are illustrative. Minor colour, shade, or texture differences between photographs and the product received are inherent to photographic reproduction and screen calibration and do not constitute non-conformity.
• —Dimensional tolerances of ± 2 cm on stated measurements are normal and acceptable manufacturing variations and do not constitute a defect.
• —Product descriptions are based on information provided by our supplier. Any error or omission in the supplier’s specification may be reflected on the Site without constituting a material misrepresentation if promptly corrected.

FALCON TRADING reserves the right to modify the product catalogue at any time, without notice, and to withdraw any product from sale.

All prices are expressed in Euros (EUR), inclusive of all applicable French VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout and confirmed before order validation.

FALCON TRADING reserves the right to modify prices at any time. The price applicable to the customer is that displayed at the time the order is confirmed.

Payment is due in full at the time of order. The following payment methods are accepted: credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and any other methods displayed at checkout.

An order is confirmed when: (1) the customer has completed the checkout process; (2) payment has been successfully processed; and (3) FALCON TRADING has sent an order confirmation email to the address provided.

The order confirmation constitutes acceptance of the offer and forms a binding contract. FALCON TRADING reserves the right to refuse an order in cases of:

• —Suspected fraud or abnormal order patterns
• —Stock or supply unavailability discovered after order validation
• —An obvious pricing error (see section 04)
• —Incomplete or unverifiable delivery address
• —Compliance or legal restrictions applicable to the destination

In all cases of refusal after payment, a full refund will be issued within 14 days.

All products are offered subject to availability from our supplier EPROLO. Despite our best efforts, stock levels may not reflect real-time warehouse availability.

In the event of partial unavailability (some items in the order are available, others are not), FALCON TRADING will contact the customer to propose: (a) partial shipment of available items with refund of unavailable items; or (b) full cancellation. The customer’s choice will be honoured.

Delivery terms are governed exclusively by the Shipping Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. Key provisions:

• —Processing time: 1 to 5 business days from order confirmation.
• —Delivery times are indicative only and not contractual guarantees.
• —Customs duties and import taxes are the customer’s sole responsibility.
• —Delivery address errors are the customer’s sole responsibility.
• —Unclaimed or refused parcels do not give rise to a shipping refund.
• —Multiple parcels from different warehouses may arrive on different dates — this is normal.

Consumers resident in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days of receipt, without justification, subject to the conditions and exclusions set out in the Return & Refund Policy.

The full withdrawal procedure, standard withdrawal form, return address instructions, and refund timeline are detailed in our Return & Refund Policy at thepetsociety.paris/pages/return-and-refund-policy.

All claims — whether relating to product quality, delivery, billing, or any other aspect of the purchase — must be submitted through the formal claim procedure set out in the Return & Refund Policy (section 03 of that document). Claims that do not comply with this procedure may not be processed.

FALCON TRADING’s total liability toward the customer, for any reason whatsoever and under any legal theory (contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise), is strictly limited to the total purchase price of the products ordered, including applicable standard shipping costs.

This limitation does not apply to: (1) death or personal injury caused by FALCON TRADING’s negligence; (2) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (3) any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable mandatory law.

FALCON TRADING shall not be liable for any delay, non-performance, or non-delivery caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including:

• —Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, storms, fires)
• —Epidemics, pandemics, or public health emergencies
• —War, armed conflict, civil unrest, terrorism, or insurrection
• —Strikes, labour disputes, or industrial action at carriers, ports, or customs
• —Government-imposed restrictions, trade embargoes, or sanctions
• —Supply chain disruptions, port closures, or carrier service suspensions
• —Cyber attacks, infrastructure failures, or major system outages

In the event of force majeure, FALCON TRADING will notify affected customers and fulfil pending orders as soon as circumstances permit. If the impediment lasts more than 30 days, the customer may cancel their order and receive a full refund. Statutory cancellation rights under Article L216-2 of the French Consumer Code are not affected.

All content on the Site — including trademarks, logos, photographs, product descriptions, graphic elements, and source code — is the exclusive property of FALCON TRADING or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, or exploitation, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation from FALCON TRADING, is strictly prohibited and may constitute an infringement.

FALCON TRADING processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is available at thepetsociety.paris/pages/privacy-policy.

By placing an order, the customer consents to the processing of their personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for order fulfilment, payment processing, and customer service purposes.

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved amicably, and subject to the mandatory consumer mediation step (section 09), the competent courts shall be those of the jurisdiction of Paris (France), unless mandatory applicable law designates another jurisdiction.

Nothing in these Terms restricts the rights available to consumers under mandatory consumer protection law applicable in their country of residence within the European Union.

FALCON TRADING reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The applicable version is always that published on the Site at the time of order. Customers will be notified of material changes by email or by prominent notice on the Site.
