These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "Terms") govern, without restriction or reservation, all sales concluded by FALCON TRADING via the Site to non-professional customers (hereinafter "the Customer").

By placing an order on the Site, the Customer expressly acknowledges having read and accepted these Terms in their entirety. The applicable Terms are those in force on the day the order is placed.

Orders may be placed only by natural persons who are at least eighteen (18) years old and have full legal capacity to contract. By placing an order, the Customer warrants that they meet these conditions.

Minors and persons under legal protection may purchase products only under the responsibility of a parent or legal guardian.

The products offered for sale on the Site are described and presented with the highest possible accuracy. However, minor variations between the photographs and the actual product (colour, texture, size) may occur and shall not engage the Seller's liability, provided they do not affect the essential characteristics of the product.

Product offers are valid as long as they remain visible on the Site, within the limits of available stock. In case of unavailability after order placement, the Customer will be informed promptly and offered either delivery of an equivalent product, a postponement of delivery, or cancellation with full refund.

Prices are displayed in euros, all taxes included (TTC), based on the French VAT rate in force. Shipping costs are indicated separately and added to the total at checkout, before final order confirmation.

FALCON TRADING reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products are invoiced at the price in force at the time the order is placed.

Orders are placed online by selecting one or more products, adding them to the cart, and confirming the purchase after validation of personal data, delivery address, and payment details.

Before final validation, the Customer is invited to review the details of their order and correct any errors. Acceptance of these Terms is required to complete the order.

An order confirmation email is sent automatically. The contract is formed upon receipt of this confirmation. FALCON TRADING reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of dispute, suspicion of fraud, or non-payment of a previous order.

Payment is due in full at the time of order. Accepted payment methods include:

All transactions are secured by SSL/TLS encryption and processed exclusively by PCI-DSS certified providers (Shopify Payments, Stripe, PayPal). FALCON TRADING never has access to or stores card details.

FALCON TRADING retains full ownership of the products sold until full payment has been received. The risk of loss or damage is transferred to the Customer upon delivery.

Products are shipped to the delivery address provided by the Customer at the time of order. Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the destination and the type of product. Detailed information is available in our Shipping Policy.

In accordance with Article L216-2 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer may, in case of delay exceeding the agreed deadline by more than seven (7) days (other than force majeure), cancel the contract by registered letter or written notice on a durable medium, after having unsuccessfully demanded delivery within a reasonable additional time.

Pursuant to Articles L221-18 and following of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has fourteen (14) days from receipt of the order to exercise the right of withdrawal. Conditions and procedures are detailed in our Return & Refund Policy.

All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-3 to L217-15 of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code).

FALCON TRADING undertakes a best-efforts obligation regarding the operation of the Site. Liability cannot be engaged in case of unavailability or interruption of the Site due to maintenance, technical issues, force majeure, or events beyond its reasonable control.

In all cases, FALCON TRADING's liability is limited to the amount of the Customer's order. This limitation does not apply to consumer rights granted by mandatory legal provisions, including in case of personal injury or gross negligence.

Neither party shall be liable for any failure to perform its obligations resulting from a force majeure event, as defined by French case law and Article 1218 of the French Civil Code (notably: natural disasters, epidemics, war, strikes, transport disruptions, IT failures of third-party providers).

All elements of the Site (texts, images, logos, graphics, videos, structure, code) are the exclusive property of FALCON TRADING or are used under proper licence. Any reproduction, representation, modification, or use without prior written consent is strictly prohibited and constitutes an infringement under Articles L335-2 and following of the French Intellectual Property Code.

Personal data collected through the Site is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

In accordance with Articles L611-1 and following of the French Consumer Code, in case of a dispute that cannot be resolved amicably, you may use a free consumer mediation service.

These Terms are governed by French law. In the absence of an amicable resolution, any dispute arising from their interpretation, performance, or validity shall fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Paris Court of Appeal jurisdiction.

The above is without prejudice to any mandatory provisions of public order applicable to consumers, including those relating to the consumer's right to refer the dispute to the competent court of their place of residence.
