📦 Orders & Payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Shop Pay. Every transaction is encrypted and secured via Shopify Payments — your data never leaves protected channels.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. The Pet Society uses Shopify's PCI-DSS Level 1 certified infrastructure with end-to-end TLS encryption. We never store credit card information on our servers — payments are processed directly by certified providers.
Can I modify or cancel my order after purchase?
Orders enter our preparation flow within 2 hours of confirmation. If you need to make a change or cancel, contact us immediately at contact@thepetsociety.paris. Once shipped, modifications are no longer possible — but our return policy has you covered.
Do you offer discount codes or VIP perks?
Subscribe to our newsletter for an exclusive welcome offer, early access to new collections, and seasonal promotions reserved for our community. Members receive birthday surprises for their pets — because they deserve it.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We ship across the European Economic Area (EEA), including France, Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Switzerland, and beyond. Each parcel is prepared with care from our European fulfillment partners.
How long does delivery take?
France: 2 to 3 business days.
Other EU countries: 7 to 10 business days.
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel ships.
Is shipping free?
Yes — orders over €100 ship free across the entire EU. Below that, shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and parcel weight.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track in real time directly from our tracking page.
What if my parcel is lost or damaged?
Contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date at contact@thepetsociety.paris with your order number and photos if applicable. We'll resolve it — replacement, refund, or reshipment — at no additional cost.

What is your return policy?
You have 14 days from receipt to return any unused item in its original packaging. Full details on our Refund Policy page.
How do I initiate a return?
Email us at hello@thepetsociety.paris with your order number and the reason for return. We'll send return instructions and a label within 24 hours.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days to the original payment method.

How do you select your products?
Each item in our catalog is hand-picked by our team based on three criteria: design excellence, material quality, and animal wellbeing. We test, we vet, and we never compromise.
Are your products safe for my pet?
Every product in The Pet Society collection meets European safety standards (CE / REACH where applicable). We refuse anything containing toxic materials or unsuitable for direct contact with animals.
What if a product doesn't fit my pet?
Each product page includes a detailed sizing guide. If you have a doubt, contact us before ordering — we'll guide you. And if the fit isn't right upon receipt, our 14-day return policy applies.
