GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE (GTCS)

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern all transactions carried out on the website THE PET SOCIETY, operated by FALCON TRADING, registered in France under number SIREN 450 573 712, with its registered office located at 229 rue Saint-Honoré – 75001 PARIS.

Use of the website and placing an order implies full acceptance of these GTCS.
1. PURPOSE
These GTCS define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of online sales of pet products available at http://www.thepetsociety.paris.
2. PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY
- Product type: THE PET SOCIETY offers a selection of pet products sold via dropshipping, shipped directly by our suppliers.
- Availability:
- Products are available subject to supplier stock.
- In the event of unavailability after purchase, you will be informed and offered a refund within 10 business days or an equivalent product.
- Safety and compliance:
- All products comply with applicable European Union (EU) regulations.
- Products are tested to ensure animal safety according to manufacturer standards.
3. ORDERS

- Select items on the website and add them to your cart.
- Confirm the order by accepting the GTCS.
- Make secure payment via the available methods.
- Order confirmation will be sent by email.
- Modification or cancellation: Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once confirmed and being processed.
4. PRICES AND PAYMENT TERMS

- Prices are in euros (€), VAT included.
- THE PET SOCIETY reserves the right to change prices at any time, without affecting already confirmed orders.

- Bank cards (VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX)

- 100% secure payment using SSL encryption protocol.
- If the payment is declined by your banking institution, the order will be cancelled.
5. DELIVERY
- Delivery zones: Within the European Union (EU) only.
- Average delivery time: 1 to 2 weeks from payment confirmation.
- Order tracking: A tracking number will be provided once the order is shipped.

Delays and liability:
- THE PET SOCIETY is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or suppliers.
- If the order is not received within 30 days, please contact our customer service to initiate an investigation.
6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS

Right of withdrawal:
- In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt to return an item without justification.

- As THE PET SOCIETY operates via dropshipping, return and refund conditions may depend on the policies of our partner suppliers.
- Certain products may not be eligible for return, or may be subject to special conditions imposed by suppliers (for example: hygiene products, customized items, perishable goods).
- Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise specified by the supplier or in case of defective product.

7. PRODUCT WARRANTY
- Manufacturer warranty:
- All products benefit from the manufacturer’s warranty (terms vary by brand).
- For any defect-related claim, contact customer service with photos within 48 hours of receipt.
- Applicable legal warranties:
- Legal conformity warranty (Articles L.217-4 and following of the French Consumer Code).
- Warranty against hidden defects (Article 1641 of the French Civil Code).
8. LIABILITY
THE PET SOCIETY shall not be held liable for:
- Improper use of the products.
- Delivery delays caused by carriers or suppliers.
- Incorrect information provided by the customer during ordering.

11. AMENDMENTS TO THE GTCS
THE PET SOCIETY reserves the right to modify these GTCS at any time. The applicable conditions are those in effect at the time of ordering.

These GTCS are written in English for convenience. In case of contradiction, the French version shall prevail
