SHIPPING POLICY – FALCON TRADING / THE PET SOCIETY

Shipping & Dispatch

THE PET SOCIETY is a commercial brand and online division operated by FALCON TRADING.

FALCON TRADING, as the sole contracting entity, sells its products exclusively online and relies on carefully selected third-party logistics partners and suppliers to fulfill and deliver orders.

Products may be shipped from various logistics centers, including locations within or outside the European Union.


Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1 to 3 business days following order confirmation, excluding exceptional periods (high demand, public holidays, promotional operations, or logistical constraints).

The shipping confirmation email indicates that the order has been handed over to the logistics partner.


Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times range between 7 and 21 business days, depending on:

  • the destination country,

  • the shipping method selected,

  • the carrier,

  • any applicable customs procedures.

Delivery times are indicative and non-contractual.

Delays may notably result from:

  • customs inspections,

  • administrative constraints,

  • weather conditions,

  • peak logistics periods,

  • or circumstances beyond the control of FALCON TRADING.

In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, delivery will occur no later than 30 days after order confirmation.


Order Tracking

A tracking number is provided as soon as the order is shipped.

Customers may track their shipment:

  • from their customer account,

  • via the shipping confirmation email,

  • on the invoice, where applicable,

  • via the Shop App :

Please note that tracking updates may require 24 to 72 hours to become visible.

Tracking becomes active only once the parcel has been effectively handed over to the carrier.


Transfer of Risk

In accordance with Article L.216-4 of the French Consumer Code, the transfer of risk occurs when the goods are physically delivered to the customer.

However, FALCON TRADING cannot be held liable for:

  • delays attributable to carriers or public authorities,

  • routing or delivery errors,

  • loss or damage occurring after the carrier has taken charge of the shipment,

    subject to the consumer’s statutory rights.


Shipping Fees & Taxes

Shipping fees are displayed before payment validation.

Depending on the destination country, customs duties, local taxes, or administrative fees may be required by local authorities.

When applicable, such charges remain the sole responsibility of the customer and are not borne by FALCON TRADING.


Delays, Non-Received Parcels & Logistics Disputes

In the event of an unusual delay or non-receipt of a parcel, customers are invited to contact customer support at:

Each request will be subject to a verification process with the relevant logistics partner.

No refund or reshipment may be issued:

  • while a logistics investigation is ongoing,

  • or in the absence of formal confirmation of parcel loss from the carrier.


Logistics Model-Related Limitations

Due to the logistics model used, FALCON TRADING:

  • does not physically hold inventory,

  • has no direct control over precise transport timelines,

  • cannot guarantee a fixed delivery date.

By placing an order, the customer expressly acknowledges and accepts these conditions.
